Thank you for being here. My name is Christian David Flores-Carignan. I'm passionate about helping teens take the reins of their own education.

Through the process my own educational, activist, and life journey I eventually discovered and adopted the philosophy of self-directed education. Put simply: I believe children should be in control of their own education. I'm confident that an educational system built on this foundation would have served me much better than the conventional elementary, middle, and high schools I attended. And I know I'm not alone in this. 

I launched this business to support teens in attaining the education that best fits who they are.

The reality in contemporary American society is that opting out of the conventional school system to pursue an unschooling education at home is impractical for most families.

Though I certainly support families who choose to pursue at-home unschooling pathways, my services focus on assisting families who are not in a position to fully opt out of the infrastructure that conventional school systems provide.

Indeed, conventional schools provide a plethora of valuable resources . . . and when we consider public schools in particular, these resources are made possible as a result of the taxes we all pay.

The challenge I tackle alongside my client families . . . is in finding ways to adapt flawed conventional school systems to support self-directed educational journeys.
